【Event Details:】
A “10-second Talk Event” is a popular fan interaction experience in Japanese culture. During this event, fans have the opportunity to speak directly with each members for a brief period of around ten seconds.
Fans can ask a quick question, or share a short message, while the members respond and interact within the limited time frame.
【Eligible Products:】

【How to Participate:】
CD sales will begin at the venue’s CD sales booth at [3:00 PM]. Customers who purchase eligible products will receive “participation tickets” based on the number of CDs purchased:
– Limited Editions A and B: 2 participation tickets each
– Standard Edition: 1 participation ticket
Event participants with multiple participation tickets can use them to join the event as many times. However, please be aware that the event may end early due to some circumstances such as time constraints at the venue. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or compensation for any tickets that remain unused.
*Participation tickets are limited and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
*One ticket is required per person, per participation, regardless of age.
*Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be reissued.
【Payment Options:】
– Credit card, digital payments (Grab Pay, Shopee Pay, Boost, Touch ‘n Go, Apple Pay, Alipay) are accepted.
【Important Notes:】
– Sales start time may vary and could end before the event begins.
– Purchase limits may be imposed to ensure maximum participation.
– The event will conclude when the queue ends. No exceptions will be made after the announced cut-off time, which will be announced at the venue.
– Late arrivals will not be accommodated, regardless of circumstances.
– All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges (including with another version of the product) will be accepted.
– Please be sure to gather at the event space when the event starts. If you leave the venue and return after the event has already concluded, no accommodation or compensation will be provided.
– Unaccompanied minors (pre-school age) are not permitted to participate for safety reasons.
– The organizers reserve the right to photograph or film the event for use in media coverage, advertising, promotions, social media, and other internet platforms, as well as for commercial products.
– The organizers reserve the right to change or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances such as performer availability, weather conditions, venue issues, or other unavoidable factors. Please note that no refunds or compensation for product costs, travel expenses, or accommodation fees will be provided in such cases.
– The organizers, venue, and performers are not responsible for any accidents, theft, or other incidents that may occur during the event.
– f you require assistance or need to bring someone to help you, please inform the staff upon arrival. However, please note that our staff cannot provide personal assistance, so make sure to attend with your own assistant if necessary.
【Prohibited Actions:】
Engaging in any of the following prohibited actions may result in immediate removal from the event and confiscation of all participation tickets, without any refund or exchange for purchased products. Prohibited actions include:
– Causing delays within the event space
– Offering or giving gifts to performers
– Cutting in line for CD purchases
– Transferring or reselling participation tickets to anyone other than the original recipient
– Recording, photographing, or livestreaming during the event
– Disruptive behavior such as abusing, threatening, or shouting at performers or staff, or causing unnecessary loud disturbances during the event
– Participating in the event while under the influence of alcohol or appearing intoxicated
– Bringing recording, filming, or photography equipment into the venue with the intent to capture and transmit event data
– Bringing large suitcases or excessive baggage into the venue
