◆Application Procedure
①Access the application site
https://mg.withlive-app.com/event/lottery/omi_entry and select the prize you want to apply for.

②Register on WithLIVE Meet&Greet
After you see the login page, please click “Register as a member”. Then, please fill in the necessary information on the member registration page and click “register”.
A verification code will be sent to the registered email address. Please enter the verification code.

*Once you register your personal information, you need to make an application to change it. It may take some time, so you may not be able to attend the event if you decide to change your personal information.
*Those under the age of 15 must enter the name of their guardians.
*If you are already a member of “WithLIVE Meet&Greet”, you can directly login to your account.
* Please register as a member using your PC, smartphone, tablet PC, etc.
*To register as a member, you will need to enter the verification code sent from “support-mg@withlive.jp”. Please make sure that you can receive emails sent from “@withlive.jp”.
*The arrival of the e-mail containing the “verification code” required when you register the e-mail address may be delayed. If you do not receive it after 10 minutes, please check the following.
・Please check your e-mail address and try again.
・Check if the e-mail has arrived in the “Junk Folder” or “Trash” folder of your e-mail software.

③Enter the serial code and make an application
Enter the serial code enclosed in the designated product on the serial code input page and click “apply”.
You will see a page informing you of the completion of your application. You can check the application status by clicking “Check Application Status”.
If you have several serial codes, please click “Make one more application”, enter the serial code again and click “Apply”.

④Lottery result announcement
You can check the lottery result on the “Check Application Status” page after the specified date.
If you win in the lottery, please follow the “Procedures for participation in the online event” below to participate in the event.

【Procedures for participation in the online event】
*Only for winners

This event is an online video call event held via the smartphone / tablet PC app “WithLIVE Meet&Greet”.
You need to install the “WithLIVE Meet&Greet” app on your smartphone or tablet PC (with a camera) in order to participate in this event.
*This app is available for smartphones and tablet PCs only. It cannot be used on a PC.
*iOS : 11.0 or later version / Android : 6.0 or later version

<Until the day prior to the online event>
①Register of the name you want ØMI to write down
Please register the name you want ØMI to write down from the green “Change nickname” button on “List of events you have applied for” on the webpage of WithLIVE Meet&Greet (https://mg.withlive-app.com/events)

*Nickname can be up to 10 characters. If you do not change your nickname, we will use your full name (katakana) that you registered when you made your application.
*Hiragana, katakana, kanji and English letters (full-width / half-width) can be used.
*Please refrain from using difficult kanji.
*If your nickname is deemed to be inappropriate by operations staff, we will use your full name (katakana).
*Device-dependent characters such as old-style kanji, pictograms, emoticons and special characters (!, &) will not be written.
*Requests for rewriting your name / nickname (due to input errors or incomplete name) will not be accepted.

②Upload identity verification documents
We will verify your identity for this event as a measure to prevent resale.
Please note that if we cannot verify your identity using the required documents listed below, you will be refused to participate in this event regardless of reasons.
*Only winners can participate in this event.
*You need to upload your ID to WithLIVE Meet&Greet.

【IDs that can be used to verify your identity】
1. “Photo ID” (IDs that can be used to confirm your name, address and face photo.) 1 type
Or
2. “ID without photo” (IDs that can be used to confirm your name and address.) 2 types
*One of the two IDs must have your address on it.
*Two IDs of the same kind will not be accepted.
<General notice on 1. & 2.>
*Please refer to “About IDs” below regarding the requirements for the identity documents.
*An ID card that has expired for over 3 months will not be considered as a valid ID card for identity verification.
*You need to upload your valid ID to WithLIVE Meet&Greet.
*On the day of the event, we will also check the original of the uploaded ID. Please be sure to prepare it in advance before participating in the event.
*If the information (name, address and photo) on the photo IDs is inconsistent with the information of applicants, or applicants forget to upload the IDs to WithLIVE Meet&Greet or cannot show the original ID on the event day, we have the right to refuse their participation regardless of reasons.

<Valid Photo IDs>
Any one of the following “photo IDs” is acceptable. (Copies of the following IDs will not be accepted.)
・Passport (with your address on it)
・Driver’s license
・Student’s identity card with face photo (Student’s identity card with address on it. The name can be written by hand.)
・Basic resident register card
・Physical disability certificate
・Residency card
・Alien registration certificate
・My Number card (Please put it into a case so that only the front can be seen.)
*If you cannot show the above-mentioned photo IDs, please prepare two or more IDs (without photo) listed below.

<Valid IDs without photo>
Any one of the following “IDs without photo” printed with your name is acceptable. (Copies of the following IDs will not be accepted.)
・Insurance certificate
・Copy of the residence certificate
・Copy of family register
・Abstract of family register
・Certificate of registered seal
・Pension book
・Employee ID card
・Credit card & cash card (The combination of the credit card & cash card cannot be used as two types of IDs.)
・Student’s identity card without face photo (The address and name can be written by hand.)

<Things that cannot be used as valid IDs>
*Individual number notice and individual number notice cards cannot be used as a “document verifying My Number” or “valid ID”.
*Bankbook, patient registration ticket, invoice, member cards, admission cards of facilities, annual passes of theme parks and mails cannot be used as an “ID” even if your name and address are printed on it.

*In order to participate in this event, winners need to upload a picture of the above-mentioned identity verification documents to WithLIVE Meet&Greet after winning.
*If the information on the above-mentioned IDs that can be used to verify identity is inconsistent with the information of winning customers (those who reserve the products and win in the lottery), they cannot participate in the event.
*You cannot participate in the above-mentioned event even if you upload the ID expiring on the day of the event.
*Copies of IDs, handwritten IDs (except student’s identity card), expired IDs and IDs unusable after the modification are not accepted.
*If you are clearly not the person on the photo ID, you will be refused to participate in the event.
*We may ask you to present the original ID, so please prepare the original ID before you participate in the event.

【How to confirm and change the uploaded ID】
After logging in to the application site, you can check the details from My Page (the menu on the upper left).
*Please click the picture if you want to change it.
*The data will be overwritten after you change the picture.
*Please note that we may not be able to verify your identity if the picture is blur or partially missing.
*The identity verification will go smoothly if the uploaded picture of your ID is upright. Please check it in advance.
*The uploaded picture will be used only for identity verification.

<On the day of the online event>
①Open the “WithLIVE Meet&Greet” app and log in to your account on the designated page.
*At 12:00 on the day before the event, your sequence number in the part you applied for will be displayed on the app.

②Please be sure to check out the details in “Step 5 Operation on the day of the event” of the participation method (https://withlive.zendesk.com/hc/ja/articles/4406168937753) before you enter the room.
The identity verification for each part of the event is scheduled to start 10 minutes before the start of the event. You can enter the room 25 minutes before the starting time listed in the schedule. Please note that you can enter the room until 10 minutes before the end of the corresponding part.

③Staff will verify your identity before participation.
We may ask you to show your ID, so please be sure to prepare the original of the ID you uploaded to the site in advance.

④Once you complete the identity verification, please wait for your turn.
Do not go away from the screen or let other people appear on the screen before the end of the event. In such cases or when you do not follow the rules, we may refuse your participation.

⑤The screen will change automatically when it’s your turn. Enjoy the real-time talk with ØMI!

<Notes regarding the day of the online event>
◎For inquiries on the day of the event, please contact us from “Inquiries” of WithLIVE Meet&Greet before the end of each part of the event.
*Inquiries made after the end of the event will not be answered.

◎How to participate in the event smoothly
・We recommend to wear earphones with a wired microphone when you participate in this event.
・It is better to reduce the number of other apps running in the background as much as possible so that the app can run smoothly.
・Please note that audio and video problems may occur, especially when you launch an app that uses microphone or camera in the background.
・If the app closes due to a phone call during the real-time talk, the talk may end. Please disable the smartphone call function in advance before you participate in the event.
・Even if you switch to the airplane mode, the talk may end when you receive a call on a communication app. Please change the setting in advance, such as disable the call function of the communication app.
・Video lag or distortion may happen due to poor communication environment. We will not be able to respond if we cannot contact you due to your communication environment.

◎Other notes
・It is prohibited to turn off the camera or hide your face during the real-time talk. Otherwise, the talk will end directly and you will be deemed as “having already participated in the event”.
・It is prohibited to use other digital devices to record, film or capture the screen. Please note that if you record the screen or take a screenshot, the app will be forcibly closed. In such case, you cannot participate in the event again.
・Problems may occur during the event if you log in to your account on multiple devices.
・You cannot view the event on another device using the mirroring function or the like. In such case, the app will be forcibly closed and you will be deemed as “having already participated in the event”.
・If you are suspected of using digital devices (cameras) to record of film the event, you will be forced to quit and you cannot participate in the event again.
・If it is determined by the staff that you have inappropriate items or that another person (other than the winner) appears in the screen or participate by voice only, you will be forced to quit and cannot participate again.
・If you bring inconvenience to staff or member or fail to follow staff’s instructions, you will be forced to quit and cannot participate again. In such case, you may not be able to participate in the next event.
・Please note that if you leave the room during the real-time talk, you will not be able to participate again because you have already participated in the event.
・We are unable to take responsibility for problems caused by your device or communication environment. Please understand this before participation.
・For quality control and trouble prevention, we will record the event after you enter the room in the app (including when you are waiting for your turn).
・We will not accept any inquiries after the event regardless of reasons.
・The event will use “WithLIVE Meet&Greet”, an app of WithLIVE. Therefore, LDH JAPAN Inc. and WithLIVE Inc. will mutually use the information (including personal information) obtained at the time of reception.
