In the event that, after purchasing tickets, you are unable to attend due to unavoidable circumstances, a “resale” system will be implemented to allow for the transfer of tickets at face value.

*Ticket transfers will only be completed if there is a successful purchase application. Therefore, refunds for listed ticket prices are not guaranteed.
*Please be advised that some resale listings may not be successfully completed.
*Handling fees apply when using the resale service.
*Sellers are not permitted to designate the purchaser.
*Purchasers will be selected through a strict lottery process from among applications submitted during the application period (not on a first-come, first-served basis).
*Please note that no refunds, seat exchanges after entry, complaints, or other requests will be accepted once a resale transaction has been completed.
