The lobby and auditorium are scheduled to open 60 minutes before each show.
Please note that opening times may change due to operational circumstances.
*Due to limited space at the venue, please refrain from lining up before the opening time.

■Walk-up Tickets
Walk-up tickets will be available for purchase starting at the venue opening time, only for shows where tickets are still available.
*Walk-up tickets are limited to one per person.
*Payment is cash only; credit cards are not accepted.
*For safety reasons related to venue operations, the sales method may change, or walk-up ticket sales may be canceled.
*After purchasing a walk-up ticket, you may enter the venue immediately. Re-entry is not permitted.

■Drink Fees
A 600-yen drink fee is required upon entry at all venues for shows in Japan.
Payment can be made in cash or with IC cards.
For cash payments, please prepare the exact amount in advance to ensure a smooth entry process.
Depending on the venue’s network conditions, IC cards may not be accepted. Please note that you may be asked to switch to cash payment in such cases.
*PiTaPa (Kansai-area IC card) cannot be used at Zepp Namba.
◆Visitor Bonus Item
Visitors will be given a “rubber band” in a different color for each show.
*Visitor bonus items will be handed out upon entry.
*Please note that distribution is only available upon entry and cannot be accommodated at any other time.
◆Flower Stands and Flower Arrangements
We regret to inform you that, due to operational reasons, we are unable to accept any floral gifts (including flower arrangements, flower stands, and dressing room flowers). Thank you for your understanding.
Please note that we are unable to accept flowers from anyone, including performers, staff, or general guests. Should any flowers be delivered to the venue, they will be refused. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

Please note that we are unable to accept letters or gifts for the artists.
◆Cheering Items
Only official goods may be used as cheering items.
*For safety reasons, please do not wave official penlight-style goods above your head. Please hold the grip when using them.
Non-official cheering items are not permitted.

・Performers and show schedules are subject to change without notice. Please understand in advance.
・ID verification for visitors (applicant and accompanying guests) will be conducted upon entry. If identity cannot be confirmed, entry will be denied regardless of reason.
・Even if you present your ID, admission will be denied if it does not match the registered information.

・At the time of purchase, various fees such as system usage fees may be required in addition to the ticket price.

・Even if you are denied entry, ticket fees, transportation costs, accommodation expenses, etc. will not be refunded.
・Photography, video recording, and audio recording using cameras, mobile phones, smartphones, etc. inside the venue are strictly prohibited. These actions are also prohibited by law.
・Please avoid overly large hairstyles, such as excessive tied-up styles or updos, that may obstruct the view of guests behind you. Hats must also be removed during the performance.
・Please turn off mobile phones and smartphones completely. Other sound-emitting devices should also be turned off as they interfere with the performance.
・Bringing dangerous items in your belongings into the venue is prohibited.
*Cutters/knives and other blades, sharp objects that may injure people, and other dangerous items (including explosives or similar hazards).
・Any actions toward performers, such as “approaching them before they enter,” “waiting for them after they leave,” “loitering nearby,” or “following them,” are strictly prohibited.
*Failure to comply with the above Notice may result in the show being interrupted or you may be asked to leave.
In addition, anyone engaging in disruptive behavior may be denied entry to the show.
We ask for your understanding so that the cast can perform in the best possible condition.
◆LAWSON TICKET Electronic Ticket
This show uses the 【ローチケ電子チケット】(LAWSON TICKET Electronic Ticket) smartphone app.
*If you do not have a smartphone compatible with the LAWSON TICKET Electronic Ticket app, you will not be able to use electronic tickets even if purchased.
In addition, “data-only devices,” “phone numbers used for data communication (both domestic and international),” “devices purchased overseas,” and “foreign phone numbers” are not guaranteed to be supported.
*Tickets for the purchaser (applicant) will be displayed on the smartphone linked to the phone number registered at the time of application. Personal information such as names and phone numbers for both the applicant and accompanying persons cannot be changed after purchase.
*If you change smartphones and your phone number changes after purchase, you will not be able to receive your electronic tickets even if you have been selected.
